Exigo Care price increase

Dear valued Exigo Care customers

In the last 3 months the rand has devalued against the dollar by 15% and fuel prices have increased by 22%. The rand has hit its weakest level since September 2020, when Covid-19 lockdowns where still largely in place. The projections from the South African Reserve Bank is that the rand will devalue by 8% against the dollar and the fuel price will increase by 39% by the end of 2022.

We at Exigo Care cannot maintain our prices in this current economic climate. We have tried to absorb as much of the costs as we could when looking to increase. We benchmarked competitors in the premium baby nappy market which have had average price increases of 12 – 15%.

Effective from 15 August 2022 our prices will increase as follows:

Hi Baby nappies (Prem, NB, S): R125

Hi Baby nappies (M – XXXL): R150

HI Baby monthly box nappies (Prem, NB, S): R500

Hi Baby monthly box nappies (M- XXL): R600

Hi Baby pull ups (L – XXXL): R185

Hi Baby monthly box pull ups (L- XXXL): R740

Hi Baby combo box (L- XXXL): R670

Wet wipes: R30

Certainty adult pull ups: R510

Certainty adult nappies: R510

Ultrasorb adult diapers: R580

Premature nappies: R360

Baby shower box: R600
