Returns Policy
RETURNS
Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. If the original branded packaging has been damaged, opened or any seals are broken we are not able to accept the product for an exchange.
Handling fee will be applicable for original delivery.
REPLACEMENTS
Please contact us on info@exigocare.co.za should you require a replacement. You can order new product and we will credit your account once returned product has been investigated.
REFUNDS
Customers returning items can only be refunded by EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. The refund payment will be made by us within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products.
EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the wrong size product, you can exchange the product as long as the original packaging has not been damaged or opened and request for the exchange falls within 14 days from the date of purchase.
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.
